Familiar reading lamp

Ferruccio Laviani has designed GEEN-A, Kartell’s first reading lamp featuring a cylindrical base, a stem and a cupola nesting three LED bulbs, and a handle for easy transportation. Geen-A is available in three matt-finish colours. The design’s simple lines conceal a real sense of attitude, while the clean shape has a familiar yet intriguing effect.
Absence and essence of light at the same time

The new ANIMA floor lamp was born from Davide Groppi and Giorgio Rava’s reflection on 20th-century art and Fausto Melotti’s “thin sculptures.” Like a weightless ideogram, the lighting design is a slender, light, ephemeral and abstract sculpture. At the top, a thin metal open circle, almost a hook for fishermen of the soul.
Making technical lighting silent and discreet

Nemo Lighting launches PLINT by Massimo Colagrande, a pure, flexible and solid object that allows it to illuminate from beneath and from a support surface. The aluminum structure that can be positioned both vertically and horizontally hides the spotlight that can rotate vertically by 90°, allowing to direct the light beam.
Lighting design with a mountaineering spirit

Artemide launches FUNIVIA, a scalable and flexible lighting design by Carlotta de Bevilacqua, which was inspired by cable cars. Energy runs through cables that can be arranged both vertically and horizontally, crisscrossing each other. Light sources hang from the cables allowing to create infinite lighting solutions going far beyond the limits dictated by the rigidity of systems. Find out more…
Ethereal lanterns

Japanese design studio Nendo unveils the HYOURI collection, which pays tribute to traditional Kyoto lanterns and comprises 10 different designs, all entirely handcrafted, from splitting bamboo to paper pasting. Some lanterns seem to swallow parts of themselves. Some are triply nested. Others reach inward to peak through the other side. Find out more…
Hyper-reflective explosion

Tom Dixon presents BURST, a highly reflective chandelier made up of 12 spherical orbs exploding from a single-point construction. Available in copper and chrome finishes, BURST reveals a multiplicity of internal reflections from the integral LED when switched on.
Concrete glowing mushrooms

Martinelli Luce unveils the mushroom-shaped AMANITA lamp. The bold concrete design can be fixed on the lawn, create a path in the garden, or light the atmosphere outdoors.
