Portuguese designer Tania da Cruz created for new brand Idilli an ironic and playful feminine head-shaped ceramic vase inspired by Amedeo Modigliani portraits that teases both flower designers with a sense of humor and hairstylists with the green finger.

Each hairdo can be created by inserting flowers and leaves in the holes on the top of the head. Inside a small water container guests all the stems and helps to directionate the hairstyle.

WIG ceramic vase is handcrafted by devoted artisans, its ironic design was born with the aim to “steal a smile from those passing by” – Says Tania da Cruz.
New brand Idilli was born to celebrate the poetic aspect in aesthetics that make a product recognizable and iconic. The word Idilli means “short poem” in ancient greek.
WIG VASE is the first product of a collaboration with young talented creatives gifted with the fresh attitude to comunicate and design through the simplicity of an elegant smile.

Wig Vase was created by Portuguese designer Tania da Cruz: a world citizen who shaped her style by living, studying and working in Belgium, Italy and the Netherlands. Today, Tania is working as a product designer and creative direction consultant in her Milan based studio.
