The giant floor-to-ceiling wooden library on the top floor “suggests that even books can serve as future space lining. From here there a spectacular view opens on the city of São Paulo, framed by a window that interrupts the punctuated sequence of the modules of the bookstand” say at MK27 to ArchiPanic.
Bedrooms are at the first floor. On the second floor there is the kitchen, a home office, dining room and living room. The last floor with double ceiling-height houses the library with different reading ambiances, a spa with a covered pool, a winter garden and a gym.
The interiors hosts Brazilian, Scandinavian and Italian furniture by Hugo França, Hans Wegner, Franco Albini, Gio Ponti among others. “The architectural interiors configure infinite circulations accentuate the fluidity between the spaces and functional pathways”.
Large corridors are used as galleries for the clients’ art collection and objects. The internal surfaces were treated as continuous surfaces covered in Late terra wood panels and corten steel plaques. The floors, in turn, are of travertine marble in the collective areas and wood in the bedrooms.

The living room layouts feature floor lighting, sofas. club chairs and end tables. The spaces are organized by large carpets that blend in with neutral colors. The lighting fixtures privileged indirect lights, such as recessed sober lighting.
Thus, the pool and minilasti bathroom are positioned in continuity with a dense garden and small tress to create a tropical atmosphere. Slatted wood on the walls and a ceiling in a metallic weaved lining complete the environment.
