Pine Resin Stories
Designer Jakob Marks shines a spotlight on pine resin, tracing its history, cultural significance, and evolution in product design. His exhibition features handles, lights, mirrors, and furniture that remind us of resin’s potential, once replaced by petroleum-based alternatives. Through experimentation, Marks reimagines resin for a more sustainable design future.
Reinventing Waste
Revive Innovations shows how yesterday’s waste can become tomorrow’s design material. Its RE-CD sheets, made from recycled discs, and KRUSHED PLASTICS, derived from waste plastics, are versatile and customizable. Both materials offer designers flexible ways to combine sustainability with style, proving that recycling can inspire as much as it conserves.
Fire as a Designer

Max Wills’ Pyre collection celebrates fire as a tool of transformation. Crafted from American Red Oak, his furniture and lighting use interlocking, grid-based structures that darken into a rich charcoal sheen. Through controlled burning, Wills reveals new beauty in timber, where sharpness softens and surface becomes uniquely tactile.
Designing with Salt

Studio Brière presents Saltscapes, a thoughtful exploration of salt as a design material. From furniture to homeware, the series examines salt’s physical and aesthetic potential while responding to resource scarcity and environmental challenges. Through biomaterial development and architectural methods, Saltscapes offers a radical glimpse into salt’s role in future design.
Breathing Bioplastics

Crafting Plastics brings science and design together with Breazea, a modular divider created from bioplastic panels. Light-filtering and breathable, this 3D-printed innovation is both functional and elegant. Designed to improve interior wellbeing, Breazea shows how bioplastics can move beyond the lab into beautiful, sustainable living environments.
Algorithmic Design Futures
London-based Wedge blends computation, fabrication, and material experimentation in its latest sculptural furniture. Using algorithmic modelling, 3D scanning, and advanced 3D printing in sand and metal, its collection Epoch 2 demonstrates how digital processes can expand design’s physical limits. The result is a body of work both futuristic and tactile.
Giving Plastics New Life
French designer Micaella Pedros explores overlooked resources, transforming reclaimed wood and discarded plastics into thoughtfully designed pieces. Her collection Many Parts examines the potential of post-consumer waste to create furniture that merges function with symbolism. Pedros’ work demonstrates how discarded plastics can spark dialogue around sustainability, value, and innovation.
