Black is the new black! A growing feel for a more somber and darker vibe stood out in one of the most colorful countries of the world. Discover David Pompa’s volcanic rock lighting design recalling the darkest shades of petrified lava and Esrawe Studio’s stained black reconfigurable furniture.
The Design House exhibition invited some of the country’s most cutting-edge studios to blur the lines between indoor and outdoor, natural and urban. Mexico City’s vibrant creative scene explored a more intimate and human-based interior design.
Discover also some of the most intriguing emerging talents on show at the INÉDITO exhibition at Museo Tamayo. The hope and vulnerability in the wake of the earthquake, Mexican women’s charisma and millennial’s lifestyle but also planets and satellites’ movements and reflections inspires some of the most intriguing designers on show.
