Dubai-based designer Aljoud Looutah created the Oru Series, a design collection in teak, copper and felt inspired by origami tradition.

In Dubai, lebanese designer Karim Chaya presented the mirror-sculpture “Look Back” for House of Today. The bespoke design features a voyeur/skeleton holding a mirror and refers to the true admirer in each of us.

Beside flamboyant and bespoke exhibitions, Design Days Dubai presented the creative genius and smart entrepreneurship of women shaping Middle East Design.

Foster+Partners designs UAE pavilion at Milan Expo in 2015 combining ancient planning principles with Masdar City’s sustainable masterplan in Abu Dhabi.
