Well Hung cantilevered table is supported by a sleeve bracket detail connected to the wall. The rests on a single angular leg at one end.
The bureau 1.0 and 2.0 reinterpret traditional cabinets. The unit can be cantilevered off the wall via a hidden bracket detail. The lid folds back along concealed hinges, which can either be held open against the wall or completely folded to create a series of mini terrains.
Bureau 1.0 and 2.0 come with a single leg as an accessory that can be fixed to the underside of one end of the table. The cabinet features also a drawer to one side with a quilted leather inlay.
For the Well Hung Collection, The Workshop by Minale + Mann used copper and zinc profiles, set against the solid walnut and oak timber frames referring to architectural detailing techniques.
Founder Sebastian Mann says “The inspiration for the collection pieces comes from architectural form, structure and materials, marrying both form and structural design. The pieces are seen as a reflection on refined and contemporary British industrial aesthetics, fabricated by us in our London workshop. All pieces are designed by Sebastian Mann, together with our Design Manager Victoria Spencer-Eves”.
The Workshop by Minale + Mann is a London-born design collective of furniture designers, makers, and architects by trade. With over 12 years of experience crafting tailor-made furniture design products alongside design agency Minale + Mann, the team branched out to bring its expertise to a wider audience.
