A giant mirror reflects a moody living room fully decorated in black and charcoal grey blending Art Deco with Bauhaus influences. But nothing is quite what it first appears to be. Indeed, the mirror is a large window opening onto an specular room which has been decked out to match. The trick is even more deceiving as texts and monochrome geometrical artworks have been flipped specularly to look as though they had been mirrored.
Among the reinterpreted pieces the Hanging Hoop Chair, a modern swing chair composed by two circular steel hoops suspended by a chain from above and Crescent Light, and illuminated sphere sliced asymmetrically in half to reveal a crescent-shaped brushed brass details.
On show also the all-black version of Fulcrum Light, elegant pendant lamps suspended around a central sphere, the merry-go-round ride inspired Carousel chandelier and On The Rock crystal and marble tableware for champagne lovers.

“2017 has seen us mark our tenth anniversary. It has been a very special year, beginning with our celebrations at Milan Design Week, NYCxDesign and now in London. The London Design Festival is always such a special show for me, and this year it is even more so, as it is our tenth festival and as we continue to reflect on designs from the past decade.” Says Lee Broom.
