At the Consumer Electronic Show, AC Future, a leading developer of AI-enabled and sustainable living solutions, and Italian automotive design studio Pininfarina unveiled cutting-edge AI Transformer Homes that expand to offer 400 square feet of interior living space, including a 40-square-foot outdoor patio. The collection includes a home unit, a trailer and a drivable home.

Constructed on a stable base platform, the AI Transformer Home Unit (AI THu) is designed for mid-term, long-term, or permanent use – Ideal for one’s backyard, larger developments, vacation properties, Airbnb rentals, and more. Starting at £98,000, it can be installed anywhere—whether on-grid or off-grid—while ensuring the comforts and utilities of a traditional home.

The adaptable main living area seamlessly transitions into a cosy lounge, an efficient office, or an extra bedroom. The front expansion offers a versatile living area or workspace, and the master bedroom, accessed privately, features expandable wardrobe solutions for enhanced storage.

All the AI Transformer Homes are equipped with AI smart home technology, solar panels, energy storage, a water generator, premium appliances, and ample storage. Their compact footprint can be customised and expanded to the user’s evolving needs.

The 24-foot-long AI Transformer Home Trailer also expands to offer up to 400 square feet of internal living space. It does not require a front driving cabin, resulting in a more spacious and premium interior environment that doubles in size when fully expanded. Its sleek exterior design interprets architectural design elements, blending aesthetic sophistication with aerodynamic efficiency to improve towing performance and range.

The AI Transformer Home Drivable is an intelligent, self-sufficient, drivable version of the AI-TH that expands the unit from a small recreational vehicle into an ample mobile living space.
